All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.
You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

2. Domestic Shipping

We offer shipping within the United Kingdom.
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and the weight of your items.
Standard domestic delivery typically takes 3-7 business days depending on your location.

3. International Shipping

Currently, we ship to select international destinations.
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees that may apply to their order upon arrival in the destination country.

4. Order Tracking

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status.
Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

5. Shipping Address Accuracy

Please ensure that your shipping address is correct before finalizing your order.
If you need to change your shipping address, please contact us at info@draxonleather.com immediately.
Once an order has been dispatched, we are unable to change the delivery address.

6. Damaged or Lost Items

Draxon Leather is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping.
If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

We Got Tired of Boots That Didn't Last

Every pair we bought either had cheap leather that cracked within a year or soles that separated after a few months of real wear. We knew how a boot was supposed to be built full grain leather, Goodyear welt, solid hardware so we started making them that way. No shortcuts, no cheap materials, no compromises on the build.
